Bathroom Transformations in Rainham
The Project
Two bathroom transformations in Rainham, where we utilised the eaves space of each property to create brand-new bathrooms in previously unusable loft areas. Each bathroom was a full installation — from structural works and first-fix services through to tiling, fittings and the final silicone — completed in three weeks per bathroom.
The Brief
The homeowners wanted to make better use of the eaves space in their loft, turning awkward, low-headroom areas into fully functioning bathrooms. Each installation needed structural work to open up the space, full first and second-fix plumbing and electrics, tiling, sanitaryware and finishing — all within a three-week programme per bathroom.
Our Approach
For each bathroom we began with the structural works — installing steel supports and forming openings within the eaves — before building out the stud partitions and boxing-in. First-fix plumbing and electrics followed, then the rooms were plastered and fully tiled, with herringbone-pattern feature walls framing the walk-in showers. Vanity units, shower screens, heated towel rails, lighting and ventilation were all installed, and every bathroom was finished to the final silicone and handover.
