The Project

Demolition of an existing two-bedroom bungalow and a complete ground-up rebuild: a spacious five-bedroom, four-bathroom chalet bungalow with striking large glazed gable features. Much of the original brickwork was retained and incorporated into the new external elevations, keeping a visible link to the home that stood on the plot before. KBC managed every stage — demolition, groundworks, structural timber frame, roofing, first and second fix services, plastering and finishes — delivered as one accountable contract.
